$500.00 - 3rd, 4th, & 5th months consecutive

- $2975.00 plus electricity (effective on anniversary
date) or
$595.00 per month for 5 consecutive months
$25.00 fee will be charged to the owner for each time the unit is rented)
- Washer/Dryer
- $60.00 per year (annual residents with own
washer/dryer)
$15.00 per month (monthly renters with washers in unit)
- Storage
- $30.00 per month (residents only) ($30.00
deposit is required to reserve for following season)
- Payment by cash or checks only - no credit or debit cards
ATM available
*** All monthly reservations through Feb. start on Jan. 1 or earlier. No
other monthly reservations will be accepted
** No daily/weekly resevations are accepted for Jan. or
Feb.
* Rates are based on 2 persons and 1 pet per site. Additional fee of $15.00
permonth assessed for additional pets.
Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before reservation start date, or at the discretion of the owner, are subject to 10% withholding fee.
